The cottages, beach homes, and apartment are non-smoking stand-alone units located west of our main building (about a half-block from the ocean). None of these specialty units have ocean views, but the beach is easily accessible... only steps away from the sand. These units are private, spacious, and a perfect "home away from home" for you and your party! In addition to the amenities listed above, the cottages, beach homes, and apartment each include the following:
- Access to a large outdoor grassy area, complete with a cottage- only gas and charcoal grill, outdoor shower heads, and chaise lounge chairs, tables, and chairs.
- 37" flat-screen LCD TV(s) with HBO access and DVD players.
- A hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
- Kingsdown hypo-allergic beds: king-sized Pillow Top mattresses or queen-sized Pillow Soft mattresses (15" thick).
- An individual energy management system equipped with a thermostat in each room.

Three Bedroom Cottage (Type 10)
This three-bedroom, two-bath unit is a stand-alone house located west of the main building.
Three Bedroom Beach Home (Type 22)
This three-bedroom, two-bath unit is a stand-alone house located west of the main building. Two bedrooms have king-sized beds with 37" flat-screen LCD TVs and a private vanity with granite countertops.
Beach House - One Bedroom (Type 23)
This one-bedroom, one-bath unit is a stand-alone house located west of the main building. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 37" flat-screen LCD TV and the bathroom has a oversized walk-in shower.
Vacation Rental - One Bedroom (Type 24)
This one-bedroom, two-bath unit is the 1st floor of an apartment building located west of the main building. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 37" flat-screen LCD TV and both bathrooms have an oversized walk-in shower.
Two-Bedroom Penthouse (Type 8)
This two-bedroom, two-bath unit is located on the top floor of the 4-story main building. The master suite has a king-sized bed and a Jacuzzi garden tub, with a private bathroom and private balcony.
Three-Bedroom Penthouse (Type 9)
This three-bedroom, two-bath unit is located on the top floor of the 4-story main building. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private bathroom.
Oceanfront Three Bedroom Penthouse (Type 21)
This three-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront unit is the entire top floor of the 6-story oceanfront building. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and work desk, and the master bathroom has two vanities, a whirlpool jetted tub, and a separate shower.
